Whether you’re a brand or consulting company (sales & distribution, marketing, creative, etc), we will audit your business & identify growth opportunities and develop a tailor-made roadmap for the major milestones you’ll be working towards.

This is great for anyone who is a perfumer or an entrepreneur who wants a deeper understanding of the various stages of development & growth. This includes background information about olfactive briefs, evaluation, branding, fragrance suppliers, manufacturing, sales and distribution.

In my 30 years of experience, many brands start their own business and have either a slow start or an explosive start and you’ve hit a plateau and not sure what you’re next steps are.

For many artisans, the pain point is understanding the steps towards manufacturing, 3PL, broader distribution and what it entails to keep growing successfully. Many brands that come to me thought their artisan B2C company could grow but are simply burnt out. This is a great problem to have. But let’s work together towards scaling your dreams! Sessions may include support and introductions with suppliers, vendors, and distributors.

Includes:
Two 60 Min sessions, an audit of your business strategy, a review of current systems and a tailored roadmap that we work on together. After each session, you will receive homework assignments to work towards the next meeting. Sessions must be used in a 3-month period.
