In my 30 years of experience, many brands start their own business and have either a slow start or an explosive start and you’ve hit a plateau and not sure what you’re next steps are.

For many artisans, the pain point is understanding the steps towards manufacturing, 3PL, broader distribution and what it entails to keep growing successfully. Many brands that come to me thought their artisan B2C company could grow but are simply burnt out. This is a great problem to have. But let’s work together towards scaling your dreams! Sessions may include support and introductions with suppliers, vendors, and distributors.

Includes:
Three 60 Min sessions, audit of your business strategy, review of current systems and a tailored roadmap that we work on together. After each session, you will receive homework assignments to work towards the next meeting.

Clients will also receive an aura reading on energy blocks, higher purpose and clarity on how to evolve as a founder and entrepreneur. This session is also suitable for anyone working in the industry and wants to level up.

Best used in 6-12 month period for maximum benefits. Sometimes, it’s scary to grow but I find many people stay stagnant from fear of success and not being able to make forward thinking decisions because all the steps are too overwhelming.
