Enchanting Amber

Join renowned perfumer Yosh Han for an immersive journey into the rich and sensual world of amber perfumery. In this hands-on workshop, we'll explore the key ingredients that form an amber accord, including resins, balsams, and other aromatic treasures.

Together, we'll evaluate historical fine fragrance references from around the world, including iconic scents such as Shalimar, Youth Dew, and Ambre Sultan, as well as mukhallat blends and bukhoor from the Middle East and specialty attars from India. We'll also delve into the nuances of vambers (vanilla + amber) and florambers (floral + amber), expanding our understanding of this timeless fragrance family.

Participants will have the opportunity to create their own custom amber fragrance, guided by Yosh's expertise. Each guest will also receive a 5ML roll-on of "Something Light for Dark Souls," a modern amber creation by YOSH.
