Hearts & Flowers Scent(sory) Dinner with James Beard rising star, Chef Erik Bruner-Yang for Art of Bloom.

The ambient aroma I created for the art x technology @artofbloom exhibition has been deconstructed and reimagined as a seven-course meal by James Beard rising star Chef Erik Bruner-Yang in a scented dinner that delights all the senses.

In this multi-sensory dinner, each plate is inspired by a different emotion and it’s corresponding flower and essence. This culinary experience seeks to deepen the connection between flowers, botanical intelligence, and human emotions.

There are also scented interludes designed by YOSH between the courses that allows guests to enjoy the related top, middle and base notes from the Symbiosis signature scent.
